Indian actress

Sai Deodhar is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi television. Deodhar is best known for portraying Flight Lieutenant Monica Singh Kochar in Saara Akaash, Ananya Sachdev Samarth in Ek Ladki Anjaani Si and Kasturi Singh in Udaan. For Saara Akaash, she received the Indian Telly Award for Fresh New Face – Female nomination.

Life and family

Deodhar's father, cinematographer Debu Deodhar, is a Marathi and her mother, director Shrabani Deodhar, is Bengali.

Deodhar married her Saara Akaash co-star, Shakti Anand in 2005. She gave birth to their daughter in 2011.

Julun Yeti Reshimgathi (transl. Silk Knots are woven) is an Indian Marathi language TV series which aired on Zee Marathi. It premiered from 25 November 2013 by replacing Mala Sasu Havi. It starred Lalit Prabhakar and Prajakta Mali in lead roles.

Premise

It is a love story about Aditya and Meghana, specifically, their struggles, understanding, maturity and most notably, their friendship. It is also about how they became inseparable and faced obstacles together, and how they were in love and willing to die for each other. They reached this point after a difficult struggle. Meghana's sincerity and honesty, and Aditya's understanding and love for his wife, characterized their relationship. Their initial awkwardness and aloofness turned into friendship and Meghana's realization of true love for Aditya started a lifelong relationship.

Plot

It is a story of Aditya Desai and Meghana Kudalkar. Aditya Desai, a handsome young man who is matured, understanding & everything else a woman can dream of is a CA. Aditya has been brought up in a cultured, close-knit family & lives by the values that he has been brought up with. Meghana and Aditya Nagarkar love each other but this relationship is not accepted by her dominating father Suresh Kudalkar. He wants some settled man for his daughter and doesn't allow Meghana to have any contact with Aditya Nagarkar. Meghana's mother's sister finds Aditya Desai suitable groom for Meghana and arranges a meeting. Aditya Desai falls in love with Meghana at first sight when he, along with his family comes for said meeting. Meghana's marriage gets fixed with Aditya Desai. Meghana tries everything to contact her boyfriend Aditya Nagarkar, but all in vain and eventually fate brings Meghana alongside Aditya Desai by tying their knot & they together set out on the journey of life as husband & wife.

Plot

It focuses on the relationship between a mother and her daughter. Iravati arranges for her daughter Sanika to be married to Saket. All's well with them until Sanika finds out about Meera, who lives in Saket's house. Iravati must come to terms with her feelings when she realizes that Meera is the daughter she had in her teens, whom she believed dead.

Lagnachi Bedi (transl. Handcuffs of Marriage) is an Indian Marathi language television series which premiered from 31 January 2022 aired on Star Pravah. It stars Sayali Deodhar, Sanket Pathak and Revati Lele in lead roles. The show is produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions and it is loosely based on Star Jalsha's Kusum Dola.

Plot

In the quaint town, Sindhu, a kind-hearted girl and recent medical graduate, dreams of becoming a surgeon in Mumbai. Across the story, she meet Raghav, a guy aiming to be a police officer, coming from a big family with lots of different thoughts.

Things get interesting when Raghav and Rani start liking each other during a trip. But, life throws a curveball, and Vikram loses contact with Rani because of a lost phone. Feeling hurt, Rani ends up getting engaged to Raghav's brother, Raya.

As life goes on, Sindhu faces a tragic loss—her father dies in a police operation gone wrong, all tangled up with Raghav. Feeling that Raghav is somehow responsible for her dad's death, Sindhu tries to take her own life. The villagers then push Raghav into marrying Sindhu to take care of her future.
